I rented a house from this company and would like to warn others before doing the same. First off, they exhibited poor communcation, at times very unprofesional. I would leave multiple messages and never hear back from them. Worse than that, after I moved out, a huge chunk of my deposit was kept despite the fact that I cleaned the house thoroughly. They looked for every excuse to keep my money in order to upgrade the property after I left. Do not do business with these people, they will do the same to you.
Lack of communication. Obvious lies about what they spend our money/resources on and keep racking up the HOA prices. Do not do business with them. Beware!
I do not recommend renting from remax it was an all around awful experience! Took them 31 days to replace a broken stove, when we moved out it took 56 days to get our deposit back when the house was in good enough condition for people to move in the day after we moved out then they charged us for wear and tear items like a hot water heating vent, paint when we painted whrn we moved in 4 years ago and state law says after 2 years its landlord responsibility and front door jam and all were in no worse shape then when we moved in, I have pictures as proof!
We struggle with the lack of communication from Remax, specifically the HOA manager. If we could just get updates ongoing of the status of projects and financial information it would really improve our opinion of her. Mary is one person who does communicate when asked for information.
